Join us for some fun on the farm for end of summer. Campers will groom, tack, and ride horses every morning. Afternoon horsemanship and outdoor play along with adding academic readiness to the day with reading and worksheets for each activity to get kids back in the groove for school.

About the event
Our Summer Back to School Camp aims to enhance children's understanding of horses, encompassing skills in grooming, tacking, and riding. Additionally, it will prepare them academically through reading, worksheets, and engaging activities to help them transition smoothly back into the school routine. Participants will delve into topics such as horse anatomy, grooming techniques, and, weather permitting, will receive a 30-minute personalized riding lesson each day. These experiences will be complemented by readings on various subjects related to farms and horses, as well as assignments that focus on vocabulary related to animals, agriculture, and environmental themes. Campers are required to bring their own lunches, though snacks will be supplied. Afternoon sessions will feature diverse activities centered on animal care, habitats, environmental issues, and farming. Summer Horse Camp Aug 4 - 8
This ticket is for one week of farm camp. Campers must come dressed for the weather with appropriate farm attire and boots. Lunch and snack is provided daily with juice or water. Please let us know of any social, emotional, dietary or health issues that your child has. After Care tickets sold separately.
