Seed Starting and growing sprouts and herbs year-round

This class will go over how to start seeds for transplanting in your garden in spring or summer. How to grow sprouts (sunflower, arugula and other microgreens) year-round either in jars on the counter or in seed trays and how to keep herb plants growing inside all year for fresh herbs all the time. Class includes time to enjoy feeding and interacting with the animals, light refreshments and all attendees will take home a packet of arugula seeds saved from arugula grown on the farm as well as a packet of broom corn both open pollinated and collected on the farm.
