Winter Solstice Gratitude and Grounding Meditation

We will be walking around the wildflower maze and barns to solar lighted areas in a slow walking meditation in gratitude for all that is good and positive in our lives and in the world.  This is a self-paced walk around the areas of the farm where we have set up meditation spots lit by solar lights.  We will also have our canvas labyrinth out for you to start or end your walk with a purpose-driven walk around it to seal your meditation. Following the meditation, join us for a hot beverage by the inside or outside firepit areas.  The barn will have warming areas inside and the animals will be inside for lots of pets and/or to join in for your meditation. If you prefer to meditate inside we will have a few areas set up for that.
