Improve your child's reading with some time reading to the horses or goats or chickens, even the new baby foals. Each child can read to one an animal of their choice for 25 min. and then explore the games area and garden areas. This is a donation-based event. All donations go towards animal care.

About the event
Join us on the farm for a donation-based event for your child to gain confidence and have fun reading to the animals on the farm. Â We will have 30 min. slots for children to sign up to come read to an animal. Â Reading is for 25 min. with 5 min. for staff to clean the chairs and area in between sessions. Â After their reading time, children and families are welcome to explore the areas of the farm that are open to the public. Â Tickets are required for this event to ensure every child has an opportunity to read to a horse.Â
