Take a break from the business of everyday life and immerse yourself in an afternoon of relaxation, reflection, and connection at Susanna Farms. Your experience begins in the barn, where you’ll spend the first hour grooming, leading, and connecting with our gentle herd. Through mindful interaction with the horses, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, become present, and conclude the session with a peaceful, guided meditation in the arena. Following your equine experience, enjoy unstructured time to explore the farm at your own pace. Journal, meditate, or simply relax in one of our tranquil spaces. Visit our quaint goldfish pond, experience a mirror meditation, unwind by the fire, spend time with the chickens, goats, and sheep, or continue connecting with the horses in a peaceful setting. We’ll conclude the afternoon poolside with light refreshments and a deeply restorative Floating Sound Bath, allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to guide you into a state of calm, balance, and renewal.
