Sound Sanctuary
Sound Sanctuary
An afternoon of grounding, healing & transformation at Susanna Farms
Sunday, August 23rd | 12:00pm – 6:00pm | $200 per person
Some places hold you. Susanna Farms is one of them.
Sound Sanctuary is a day built for stillness with weight to it — a space to arrive fully, be supported completely, and leave changed. This isn't a passive afternoon of relaxation. It's an intentional descent into presence, held by sound, animals, and community.
We open at noon with a light lunch and tea, gathering as a group to name our intention for the day. From there, we move to the arena for a grounding meditation led by Laura Heffernan alongside the animals — a shared reset, rooted in the land beneath us.
The heart of the day unfolds in pairs. Participants rotate through two immersive stations:
A reiki and sound healing session in the arena with Laced in Harmony, an amazing local sound and energy healer.
A sound healing facial with Ayla Heffernan pairing skincare with tuning forks, singing bowls, and binaural beats through headphones — a treatment for the skin and the nervous system both.
Between stations, the farm is yours. Meditate. Journal. Sit with the animals. There is space here to simply be, without direction.
As the sun lowers, we close together around a bonfire — carrying the stillness of the day forward, held one last time by the circle.
This is Sound Sanctuary: a place to be cared for, to grow, and to transform.
Date: August 23rd
Time: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
