A slow Saturday morning at Susanna Farms — coffee, tea, homemade pastries, and a sound journey to start your weekend from a place of peace.

Come to meditate, journal, or just sit quietly in the barn with a warm cup in hand. There's no set agenda — stay for five minutes or the full three hours. All are welcome.

What to Expect

Free coffee, tea, and homemade pastries all morning. A guided sound journey in the barn at 9:30am. A quiet corner for journaling, and a little farm library if you'd like something to read. Come as you are — this is a come-and-go morning, not a fixed program.

Good to Know

Held in our large barn (no animals inside). Dress for the weather — mornings can be cool but the sun comes in and bathes in a lovely morning warmth. Bring a mat, cushion, or blanket if you'd like extra comfort during the sound journey. We also have some available.
