About the Event:
🌾 Sound Bath, Equine Meditation and Vision Board Mini-Retreat 🌿
Join us this January to for a restorative mini-retreat designed to help you set your intentions for the New Year.
Begin the afternoon with an amazing sound bath with Brittney followed by time to create your vision for the year in a personal vision board. After a tea break, we will gather with the horses for a gratitude meditation, time to groom your equine partner. Followed by time to stroll the farm, journal, and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
Light refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon.
